Practically, Leadership is Nature's Design.

Just imagine, a team without a coach, a society without leadership, and so on. Is it possible to achieve the impossible without natural management of community and resources and precisely good communication skills? See the insects.

Ants and Bees are communal insects.

Communication is the natural process of thinking and transferring signals as messages, this process is evolutionary to humans as it's to other living things such as communal insects. To achieve the desired, the possible, and the impossible as a group, communication should be precise and effective.

As we imagine and design thinking keeping people at the hub of every process is important for a natural leadership and successful one. Design thinking involves procedures that enable us to get to solutions to problems.

• Analyze people's needs in your team, community, or organization.
• Illustrate the community or customer's requirements and difficulties.
• Question speculations and develop suggestions.
• Begin to create findings based on speculations and suggestions.
• Use your findings as solutions and remedies for the difficulties and needs.

As in the natural world, the communication among the tireless working insects is a chemical and a natural behavioral communication focused on improving each member of the community.

The same applies to human-focused designers staying focused on the people we are trying to work with and achieve our goals collectively we better design our thinking and use them directly to meet the best solutions that meet their needs.

We need cohesive societies and achieved goals in our journey towards realizing our dreams and a better future. This is possible when we have good and successful leadership.

The number is the key when the size is small and the space is larger. For numbers to act as a single unit in a larger space, linkage, and communication is the key.

Looking around nature, you will find a wonderful form of cohesive communities in form of colonies in an insect world. Without a doubt, to be practical leadership should involve a design thinking approach. The human design mimics nature's principles of leadership.

Observe the bees, termites, ants, and so on.

                              

These tiny individuals can achieve the impossible because they're united through chemical,  body, and sound communication.

Leading people is not easy, it takes a lot. It includes vision, time, energy, commitment, passion, attitude, wisdom, creativity, positivity, etc.

People need each other to get things done. And therefore leadership is important. We need each other's efforts and commitment as the insects do to achieve the impossible.

People in a group, team, organization, community, etc need a person who acts as a leading example to give the right direction towards reaching goals and eventually being successful as people.

Human talk, care, encouragement, and motivation are important for gluing ties among members.

Successful leadership is more practical and communication-centered

1. Listen and respect each other's opinions and reach a consensus.

2. Talk through issues at the right time.

3. Create a sense of belonging to the group or organization e.t.c for every person.

4. Give direction and follow.

5. Support making decisions considering the circumstances, place, and prevailing situation.

6. Create trust, authenticity, and a positive workplace.

7.  Encourage teamwork.

8. Teach instead of lecturing.

9. Explore and use each individual's ability, uniqueness, and creativity.

10. Transparency instead of secrecy most of the time.

Moreover, the key element of successful leadership is being able to communicate daily.

The colonies of bees, termites, and ants are excellent examples of cohesive communities and societies which are in the diversity of abilities, roles, experience, specialization, and natural design under the leadership of their mighty Queens.

The cohesiveness is powerful enough to make an impact beyond imagination because of one key ingredient of leadership exercised by every individual in these colonies of insects which is a precisely effective way of communication.

Leadership is a mirror that reflects each individual's aspirations and wishes.

Some people are born with inner traits to become leaders by nature, and other people are created (nurtured) to become leaders.

In this case nature and nurturing go hand in hand. In addition, as we have seen, nature is the only teacher we can learn everything from. We can achieve the impossible by simply mimicking the ways of nature to improve, solve problems, and make our world a better place for every creature.
